  • At the end of the day, our goal is simple: to give busy families back their time. Whether it’s through tidying up the house, planning nutritious meals, or helping with bedtime, we’re here to support you as part of your village (or, as we like to call it, your hive).  

    Life can be chaotic, but with a little help, you can reclaim those precious moments and enjoy time with your loved ones. We’re not just a service; we’re your extra set of hands, here to help your family thrive and feel at home. After all, when the hive is happy, the whole family buzzes along with it!  

  • We proudly serve the Tehaleh, Bonney Lake, and Lake Tapps areas, but if you're outside that area, just ask! We’re always open to discussing how we can support families beyond our regular service area.

  • We ask that you give us clear access to the areas where we’ll be working, but no need to do anything drastic before we arrive! That’s what we’re here for. For meal prep, we just need your kitchen to have the necessary tools (like pots and pans, tupperware) and a safe space (working appliances, no animals underfoot) for cooking. If you have specific requests or need to prepare anything, just let us know when you book, and we’ll guide you through it.

  • Nope, we’re not a traditional cleaning service! While we do tidy and organize, our goal is to give you back your time so you can focus on what really matters—your family. We help with things like resetting rooms, folding laundry, and even cleaning up after meals, but if you're looking for something more detailed like deep cleaning, we can point you in the direction of trusted local pros. Think of us as your personal hive helper, offering a little extra support in all the areas where your home needs a reset or a boost.

  • We totally get that life happens! We just ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. That way, we can try to accommodate other families who may need help. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a small fee, but we’re happy to work with you and reschedule when possible. We completely understand that things like illness and emergencies can be unpredictable, so please don’t hesitate to let us know if you need to reschedule, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
